Great research tool. The pictures are great which really allows you to see the details of the cars. Prices are a little high sometimes.

Very easy to use and quite informative. Huge selection of vehicles for every budget. You can get details on the vehicle, its history, and current Recall info.

Fun app to window shop.

Dont pay your car note, day of on this app!!!! Because for whatever reason theyll count it as a "late payment".

They have done a good job of laying out the design of this app. It is very easy to set search criteria (filters) and go through both local and nation-wide availability of vehicles. I have bought 2 cars from Carmax and the last one I pretty much only used their iOS app (used both my phone and iPad) to find what I was looking for. I have yet to use the app for making a car payment as I did not finance my last purchase directly through them so cant speak for that function yet.

Its a magnificent app but you all have the fix the speed of the app. I have a iPhone 7 plus on sprint which is LTE and Im on my high speed wifi and the app seems to still be as slow as a turtle. Whats the deal?!?!

This app is great but every evening it stops working efficiently for about 3 hours. It seems like the servers just cant handle peak traffic times.

I was told about CarMax and was looking for a car at the time..I downloaded the CarMax app I really like how its set up very accurate and easy to use .needless to say I found my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe sport and bought it..

It crashes more often then Id like and I wish the compare tab had more info.
